§ 1 Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

§ 2 Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Rami Humsi-Chaari (Chaari Zitoun).

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are €4.99 within Germany. Orders over €50.00 qualify for free shipping.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is processed through the payment service provider Stripe. The following payment methods are available: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery is available within Germany. The delivery time is 2–3 business days.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 8 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 9 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply.
